I am currently a PGY-3 Anatomic and Clinical Pathology resident, and I work with the union in order to improve working conditions and compensation for all residents. Training is a significant part of our lives and formative part of our careers. Being organized gives us a seat at the table and the opportunity to establish more humane working conditions for ourselves and the trainees that will follow us.
