Abigail Cantwell, MD, is a PGY3 Anesthesia resident and is the elected HOU president.

She was raised in Lake Como, Italy unit the age of 14 when her family came to the United States. She graduated from Tulane University with a degree in cell and molecular biology.  While at Tulane, She also played Division 1 golf and earned the title of Academic All-American. She then received a medical degree from University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix. As the Union President, she is honored to serve my colleagues and advocate for your rights and interests, and committed to fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for all residents and fellows – ensuring your voices are heard.
